Arthur Saxon is best known for his bent press when he set a world record of 370 lbs, but that’s only a small part of his legacy. In the picture below, The Iron-master Arthur Saxon shows the most critical point of the one-hand press lift, as elbow leaves the side and travels round to the back.

In his book “Text Book of Weight Lifting“, Saxon goes deep into various weight exercises, including forearm workout with a kettlebell.
