I’ve gotten back into kettlebell juggling with a focus on double flips (and even as one of the videos shows here triple flips). While I’ve done some of this stuff before I’m going deeper on it, doing double flips from many different positions.
These videos show some of the first few things I’ve pulled off all with a 16kg/35lb kettlebell.
Fun stuff. Definitely challenging, and quite a bit more dangerous than single flips.
