Module 1 – Beyond Visualization – Step Behind the Curtain of Your Mind to Change Neurology, Physiology and Your Results

There is a lot of mumbo jumbo and fear around the idea of hypnosis but it can be broken down into just a few simple steps.

  • Hypnotic programming to win a competition
  • Hypnotic programming to lose fat, gain muscle and create the body you desire
  • How to create and record your own self-hypnosis scripts to achieve any goal

Once again, by the end of this session you will have experienced hypnotizing yourself and hypnotizing others. You will have the foundation needed to use this skill with yourself and with others when it comes to training.

Module 3 – Effortless Anchoring

Anchoring is one of the most powerful methods out there. It is used naturally by everyone, but when you can consciously control the process it becomes that much better.

  • How anchoring works in different sensory channels
  • Applying anchors in both natural and manufactured means
  • The combination of hypnosis, visualization and anchoring
  • Setting your personal anchor for mental toughness

Module 4 – Beliefs – The Roots of Your Results
