I am a vegetarian. Whatisthebest food to eat before or after working out?
There is no “best” especially when you’re not stating a specific purpose. Like if you’re bodybuilding, to make that kind of muscle this stuff is very important. If you’re simply looking to get fit and healthy, then just eat good quality food.
I tend to not eat before working out. Having food in my belly doesn’t help. As for afterwards I just eat a regular meal.
