Just wanted to share another recent PR in training as I work my way forward on the beast snatch test.
As mentioned in a previous article and video, one of the support exercises I use is the high pull.
I’ll do whole workouts where I shoot for more volume, or more in a certain time frame. And I also like to add to the number of reps I can do in just a single set. The latter is what this video shows.
I hit 42 reps. The last two were a little sloppier so I stopped at that point.
