I figured I’d also take a little time to give The Kettlebell X Training System a review.
So, who is this product for? This is for people that want to lose fat by working out, using simple exercises with bodyweight and kettlebells. It’s a completely laid out workout plan so all you have to do is the work.
Now I’m personally not a huge fan of that. I like personalization. But this is great if you don’t have the time to think for yourself nor the desire to do so. This is just simply watch the videos and follow along with the workout. For beginners this is great as it gives you a foundational base to work from.
Even if I were training you and personalized your workouts, if your goal was fat loss, they’d look very much like these.
This isn’t right for you if you want to design your own workouts, or you have the body you desire already.
The system contains 3 different workouts for 3 different levels, a comprehensive intro video for each level to make sure your form is great, a 40 page nutrition manual and a full workout manual plus as a special bonus they filmed 3 different stretching and recovery videos and an abs only video.
When I first got a glimpse of the videos I was blown away at the quality of the footage and later found out Cody spent over $10,000 on the production of the videos alone. Cody told me that this was designed to take on popular programs like P90X and win. I think it can.
And since Cody and I go way back I know that the information contained in this system is top notch and the piles of testimonials from people who have successfully used the system speak for themselves. Plus he’s letting a few of his closest friends like me tell their readers first, before taking it to the mainstream.
For what it costs there is immense value. When they were putting it together they told me it was going to be a $300 product but right now you can get if for a surprisingly small amount.
If you’re looking to lose fat, master kettlebell training, find a nutrition program that actually works and only have to spend 30-40 minutes a few days a week doing it, then this is a great place to start.
