I was working on something brand new for in the world of kettlebell juggling (no it’s not the moves seen in the video but the specifics of what I’m doing with them, but more on that later). When I’m doing kettlebell juggling it’s usually at the nearby park which is widely used for dogs as well.
Today one just had to come by and investigate. Lucikly I was doing snatch flips and could rest in the overhead position until he was ready to move onto the next thing.

Love It! My dog will sometimes come in and lay at my feet while I lift. I think she may have a death wish.
