No major new goals hit this week but good progress all around.
I’ve made some changes to my routine after reviewing some of Goerner the Mighty, specifically on the addition of more varieties of deadlifts in my training. This includes many grip intensive ones like single finger deadlifts and more.
I’ll have some videos on those in the near future. For now this video showcases three new PR’s all maximum lifts in the manner they’re done.
- 405 lb. Overhand Deadlift
- 685 lb. Half Jefferson lift
- 425 lb. Sumo Deadlift
