The other day I was sent a pair of a bodyweight training tool called, Push X Pro.
When I first saw it, I have to be honest, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal.
But as a hands on learner, once I did get my hands on them my mind changed.
They’re a pair of pushup handles, with a spherical base. This makes them more unstable than regular pushup handles. It’s a little bit like using a pair of rings to do pushups on.
This ups the intensity of a pushup to a small degree, by requiring more stabilization.
But the real fun is that you can move them around on carpet with that round base.
They’re not as fluid as an ab wheel. Which is great in that doing a rollout type movement requires more strength to pull back.
But with these you can go in any direction. And each hand can move independently. This opens up pushups and so many other exercises.
To see them in action I put together this short video for you.
I had a blast playing around with this tool.
Part of the great thing about bodyweight training is that it doesn’t require any tools. But there are a few that can help to enhance your workouts and this is one of them.
