I’ve done beast pistols before but this is the first time in a while. I was happy to be able to get a rep the first time I tried without it being too much of a struggle.
Now, I’ll be working up to a few reps in this shortly.
I’m not a strict bodyweight guy and adding weights to bodyweight exercises is one good way to keep making progress.
