How Do You Kill Parasites In Your Body?

In Health-Mastery by admin22 Comments

How do you kill parasites in your body? It’s quite simple really, at least from the research I have done.

By taking certain herbal formulas you can easily eradicate these pesky critters from your body.

Parasites

You don’t want this guy in your body…

I’ve currently just started this detox plan myself. First lets start off with why I decided to do this. Here is a list of possible symptoms that can be cause by parasites.

Symptoms of Parasite Infection

  • Diarrhea
  • Constipation
  • Nausea and vomiting
  • Abdominal Cramping
  • Shortness of Breath
  • dizziness
  • changes in appetite
  • gas and bloating
  • indigestion
  • multiple food allergies
  • loss of appetite
  • Headaches
  • itching around the anus
  • restlessness and difficulty sleeping
  • sore and aching intestines
  • weight loss
  • itching
  • coughing
  • Fever
  • palpitations
  • anaemia
  • fatigue
  • muscle pain
  • conjunctivitis
  • facial swelling around the eyes
  • bad breath
  • pimples
  • irritation
  • depression
  • fungal infections
  • dandruff

Now let me start off by saying that there are different kinds of parasites. Some are real bad and you’ll know if you have them. Like you’re always warned not to drink the water in India for fear of parasites which will make you real sick.

But there seems to be other ones that live somewhat harmoniously within our bodies for long periods of time. By not causing huge waves they can live under the radar and not be dealt with.

For myself, I feel like I may be in this second category based on a few things. Plus I’m always looking to experiment on myself for your benefit.

So let’s go into what I’m doing. How do you kill parasites in your body? By using a three herb combo.

Triple Herb Combo to Kill Parasites

Wormwood – This is one that you have to be careful with as too much can be a bad thing. It’s name was probably derived from its ability to drive off worms and other creature. Just as a fun fact it is also one of the herbs used in Absinthe. Has many effects in helping with various digestive problems and is very strong in driving out parasites from the body.

Black Walnut Hull – This is part of the shell in which walnuts grow, rather than the nut that is commonly eaten. One of its primary components is Juglone which acts as a potent bacteria, fungus and parasite fighter known to kill at least 100 different types of unwanted things within your system. In addition black walnut hull contains iodine, acts as an antiseptic, and aids in digestion.

Cloves – They are the aromatic dried flower buds from the Syzygium Aromaticum tree. They’re used for increasing hydrochloric acid production in the stomach, to increase peristalsis and as a pain killer. They may even reduce blood sugar levels. Cloves are included in this three-prong attack as they help kill the parasites eggs, so that you don’t only kill off the living generation, for another group to be born.

It was recommended to me to take the powdered form of all three herbs, rather than any in alcohol extract form. The reason for this is that the crushed up herbs deliver much better parasite killing powder this way.

The ideas is to take them for 100 days straight. This gives plenty of time to kill them off and any eggs that may be present. It’s an easy to do and gentle detox plan.

I personally bought the cloves and black walnut in powdered form which I mix in water. It doesn’t taste great but it doesn’t taste bad either. The wormwood comes in capsules. The pictured below shows what I take daily. You can find most of this stuff at a local health food store, though if you’re looking for specific forms you might want to do what I did and go with a company online like Mountain Rose Herbs.

The Results Thus Far

As of writing this I’m ten days into this 100 day plan.

I did have an interesting occurrence on day 4. A few times throughout the area to the immediate left of my belly button started jumping at a fast pace. It wasn’t my heart beat as I could feel that differently. I don’t know if this is related but the idea that popped into my mind was that something within me was in its death throes. It happened several times that day but hasn’t happened since.

Then yesterday I had something far worse occur. I woke up at 3 in the morning with pains in the right side of my abdomen and feeling bloated. This continued all through the day, laying me up on the couch as it was distracting me too much to get any work done. Now, this morning as I write this, it is still present but feeling better than before. I can’t be sure this is parasite and detox related, but that’s my guess, since I don’t often suffer from unknown pains.

More weirdness regarding killing parasites to come in the future.

  1. Let us know how it goes… 🙂
I bought a zapper and have been using it a few days… as far as i can tell, it is doing me some good (more energy, feeling less heavy,…).
You might want to check on a zapper too.

  2. Also Garlic, cloves and garlic are two things I’ve had success with.

    1. Yep, those are regular parts of my diet, unlike the herbs described. In fact, I just loaded up on the two in a soup I made last night.

  3. Parasites are nature’s clean up crew. They are actually helping you as they devour all the plaque left in your body from poorly digested food and rotting dead carcasses. They become dangerous as they multiply to consume the vast amounts of plaque in the body.

Back when I was overcoming health challenges from my former lifestyle I did an 18 day fast. I was having bowel movements every single day yet was not eating food for those 18 days. People think they are regular but are actually just backed up and when they eat their next meal, it pushes out the oldest meal. These people are not getting enough enzymes from raw, living plants and the peristaltic action is too weak and must be built up.

I’ve read before that it was estimated that the average american who is overweight is walking around with up to 40lbs of fecal matter sitting in their colon.

The way to remove parasites is by getting enough fibre in your diet. Herbs are also good, but if you simply add them on top of a bad diet they won’t do much. if you’re eating heaps of dead animal carcasses and not eating enough plants to push the carcass through the digestive system. Stools should float or semi-float and should have very little odour.

    1. I’d say it really depends on the parasites. Like bacteria, some may be good, and others bad.

An 18 day fast is pretty amazing. The most I’ve done is 3. Was that water or modified in some way?

I’d say overall my diet is fairly good. I’m a fan of the dead carcasses 🙂 as well as lots of plants. And in my opinion just having sufficient fiber isn’t enough. These herbs kill parasites and their eggs as opposed to just pushing them through.

      1. Hi Logan,
The 18 day fast was done on fresh juices and water. My longest fast on water alone was 10 days. I am wanting to do a longer one this year for a fuller regeneration of my flesh.

I think those herbs are fantastic and like you say, have been known for thousands of years as great medicine to kill parasites.

I just wanted to clarify that I strongly believe it absolutely must be combined with a very high fibre diet, otherwise you are killing the clean up crew and not doing anything about the mess they came to clean.

My point about the fibre wasn’t about “pushing them (parasites) through”. Enough fibre means you have less plaque inside of your body (less food source) which means less parasites. The herbs can then come in and finish the job like what you’re doing.

They have no food and then they die and come out the back-door (if you don’t get enough fibre they can simply sit inside and some people surgically have them removed).

Using herbs is great to do at the same time as eating like this so that the herbs can amplify the effect of a high fibre diet.

The problem with using herbs and having a low fibre diet where the major caloric source is meat (zero fibre in meat) – not saying you do this – means that you’re killing the clean-up crew whilst still contributing to the mess inside of your body (plaque build up from lack of fibre). It’s hard to say what’s worse but they both aren’t good situations. You can eat all the meat you want as long as you’re getting enough fibre to keep the house clean (but the more meat you eat the harder it is because there are only so many calories you can eat in a day)

How do you know if you’re getting enough fibre? Stools should come out very easily (no strain) and float/semi-float and have very little odour.

Those herbs are fantastic to kill the parasites and eggs as you say, and I highly recommend them.

Thanks for the clarification Phil. It sounds like we’re on the same page then.

  4. Hi Logan,
Loving your diverse range of topics. How much quantity in each cup? Do not want to over do the wormwood!
    In health thanks

    1. Author

The wormwood capsules I’m taking have 385mg in each one. Not so exact on the other herbs since I haven’t been weighing them out, but I’m using a 1/4 tsp give or take a bit.

    1. Author

Well you could go the antibiotic route but what I would try is the following. First of all parasites can be at the base of various scalp conditions so the above herbs may help. In addition I would try a number of topical things known to have anti-fungal properties like coconut oil, tea tree oil, or a number of other essential oils.

  6. Hi Logan,
I want to try this but I have some what of a concern. Is this okay for teenagers ( specifically 16)

    Thanks for your time!

    1. Author

Yeah I would say there is no concern for safety in doing this.

  7. Hi Logan, those are not working for me. i heard about lugols iodine as an excellent antiparasite. My problem is strongyloidiasis. Can you tell something about it. Thanks, mike

    1. Author

Sorry, I’m not aware of iodine’s effects as an antiparasite.

  8. hello as I wasn’t really like to do this cleansing I’m allergic to walnuts so how would I substitute and what would I substitute it for?

    1. Author

If you’re allergic to walnuts you might not be allergic to the shell, but I’m not sure of that. Just the other two herbs would probably work sufficiently well by themselves.

  9. Hi Logan I live in a very small town I need these herbs for I have diabetes and was told that its caused from parasites I’m tired of being sick with diabetes, my body seams to be going down hill and if I have parasites I want them little $#@%& out of me, can I get the three herbs at WalMart pharmacy
