Kettlebell Juggling + Agility Drills

Training should be fun!

If it’s pure drudgery then its no wonder so many people aren’t motivated to do it. So sprinkling in some novel and crazy feats can be just the spice needed to keep you going on otherwise consistent work.

Saw this from @junctiongirevoysport on Instagram and for all my kettlebell juggling experience had never thought of this one! Today was my first time experiencing it. Amazing agility drill along with conditioning, coordination and more.

It’s not too difficult. In addition to the hand-eye coordination, you also need some good footwork too.

Having practiced this, it does give me some ideas on further ways it could become even crazier. Add this into some kettlebell maneuvers and the sky is the limit.

Of course, this is not a great way to start kettlebell juggling.

If you want to get started, I have a free video series available here.

And for those that want the deep dive, The Definitive Guide to Kettlebell Juggling 2.0 is the most comprehensive course available.

  1. Awesome!
But not for everyone- at least for me right now.
I need to start juggling again!
Keep posting how this evolves for you Logan

  2. Good skills. Change of direction training as opposed to agility training would be a more accurate description

  3. You sold me on that drill Sir. I like that one and I think I can do that. Thanx a bunch. Sometimes I thing you are some weird PT(Physical Training Guru), But I know the Army would never accept what you are doing. GO FOR IT. Later,,, Owen
