Number 9: Be on the Lookout for Mental Blocks and Negative Self-Talk.
That negative self-talk is really important. So if you hear, “Oh, I can’t do that!” If you hear yourself say something like that or maybe even just think it, it’s like, “Ah! There’s a belief behind that!”
And then you can find out what that is, start to run that process.
Or anytime you’re thinking, “Ugh. I don’t think I can do that. It’s hard!” There’s a sign there is a belief. You just saw going through that, there can be a mental block.
As I said before, anytime you’re having difficulty with something over and over again, oftentimes because of our experience with that, that builds up a mental block that we can begin to transform.
As I said, the most difficult part of limiting beliefs is finding them. If you can get that, you get to work on it.
