There’s a new training tool I’ve been playing with.
While it can be used for a variety of things I purchased it with one thing in mind, helping me to train for a one arm chin-up.
I’m still early in the process, but I’m liking it so far.
The one-arm chin is an elusive move that is difficult to replicate through other means. This method allows you to train the exact move itself with an assist from the other arm.
