How One Health Tip Can Impact Your Life

Tip #74 – Eat Clay

Did you know that every mammal in nature eats clay? So did humans years ago before the modern age. Why clay? Clay has powerful detoxifying properties. In fact it is able to draw off toxins better than most things. There are several forms of clay available like bentonite. A popular one these days is a volcanic clay known as zeolites, which can be taken in liquid or powdered form.

Consume clay daily and you’ll be effected less by any toxic compounds in the food you eat. Aborigines and other ancient cultures would carry balls of clay with them which they would mix into water and then dip their food before eating. This was said to prevent “sick stomach”.


Bentonite clay is common and can be found in many health food stores.

One man took action on that step and sent this in a couple weeks ago.

“I am 65 years old and I have always had high cholesterol — my total number always coming in between 275 and 295. A year ago, my LDL was 210 and my HDL was a respectable 65.   1. Is it possible that hte clay can raise cholesterol before lowering it. Mine went way up after 2 weeks of drinking 1/2 teaspoon daily. 6 months ago it was 185 todya it is 230!

      It’s possible. Plenty else can happen in a six month time frame too.
