The nutrient I talked about yesterday also has a certain effect which has helped me to significantly increase the results in my workouts.
But it must be used in the RIGHT way and in combination with a few other things.
When I first started physical training I was bodybuilding in a commercial gym. That’s all I was exposed to and all I thought was available. In doing that I got wrapped up in the need for supplements.
When I got away from bodybuilding I also got away from supplements for the most part. But recently I was reintroduced to something that had great effects. And from that I went deeper into research and found some amazing things.
One time I hit what seemed like a perfect blend. The rush came on in a short amount of time. Truthfully, I like to say that you feel invincible. Your feelings of being strong are through the roof. So is your confidence. In fact as much as I can go there, I’d say “You feel like a god!” (At least as far as is humanly possible.)
It was in taking this pre-workout supplement that I first lifted 1000 lbs.
Here’s what you may not know about that.
I did 170 lbs. above my previous record in this lift which was 855 lbs. That’s almost a 20% increase, which is huge for a max. Sure, in partials you can make big jumps easier, but still that’s quite an impressive increase.
I sincerely believe that if I hadn’t taken this pre-workout supplement beforehand I wouldn’t have been able to do this.
That’s not the only example, just one of the best, where I felt this pre-workout supplement helped me be stronger.
In the newest issue of the Strength Health Mind Power Inner Circle I tell you all about how to do this and several ways to get benefits from certain pre-workout supplements.
But they must be done right. In some of my experiments I did it wrong and had to sit down between every set because I seemed to be hit with a wall of fatigue.
Its because this one nutrient causes some fascinating stuff to occur in your body.
