Warren Lincoln Travis was one of the “World’s Strongest Men” back at the turn of the previous century. For years he was an attraction at Coney Island where you could see him perform a wide range of feats of strength, such as the back lift here.
The back lift is not often seen these days. I’ve personally never done it, as it requires a specialized platform for doing so.
But there are ways of mimicking that kind of strength with much more available methods (hint: a power rack and barbell).
