My previous personal record was 23 reps. Recently I hit a new record of 25 reps at the end of December.
Sorry for the crappy video, but this is my current setup as far as training this exercise since my gym is gone.
I’ve been training in a “Grease the Groove” method, that is doing sets all throughout the day rather than in a single workout period.
This has included 20 sets of 10 for a total of 200 reps.
This has also include 10 sets of 15 for a total of 150 reps.
Now, I’m mostly working on doing similar volumes but with weight added.
