If you remember back to the survey I conducted less than half of my readers do some form of energy work.
They’re missing out!
But I can understand where they’re coming from. A lot of energy teachings are shrouded in mystery, way out there, and don’t bring much in results you can SEE and FEEL.
Worse yet, the teachers explain, you must practice for many years in order to obtain tangible results.
And typically the training requires at least an hour a day. Who has the time?
It’s no wonder so many people skip it.
But energy is at the foundation of your physical body. If your energies get messed up (like going homolateral) you won’t be able to perform athletic skills well.
Let me ask you this. Have you ever suddenly felt uncoordinated when normally you are? Would you like to be able to correct this in about 30 seconds?
What’s more when you do energy drills like these regularly those energies become habitually better. What does this mean?
- Better Health
- Higher Energy Levels
- Better Coordination and Athleticism
- Greater Awareness
- Faster Reaction Times
- And More
I’ve even seen pain go away instantly…and people instantly double the reps they can perform based off of “energy drills”.
How about working on a single acupressure point that is like the Master Control for your body. This is the starting point of two main energy flows, can instantly increase your flexibility, support your kidneys and more.
It’s cool stuff!
And its also my secret weapon, that very few other trainers know about, that I feel gives me the edge up on what I do.
So what is the form of energy training that I do?
It involves simple drills that take on average about 20 to 30 seconds each.
Each of these works on a specific energy system in the body (of which there are nine).
These can be verified through muscle testing as to what they’re accomplishing.
Even if you are doing Qi Gong or something along those lines, I would highly encourage you to do these drills FIRST! You’ll be able to feel the effects of the other energy work even better.
I’ve only taught some of this stuff (as much of it I’ve never taught before) to people at my workshops or a select few of my customers.
