I have to be 100% honest with you. I hurt my low back and I did it with kettlebell juggling, something I proclaim as making you more injury proof. And I still believe this. This podcast is all about injuries and what you do to heal them.[display_podcast]
So in this podcast I talk about:
- What led to the injury
- The 8 or so different things I did to fix it
- 3 Things you Must do to avoid injuries
- What I gained from this injury
- How the most important thing to your healing is your belief
- And more
Thanks for listening. As always your comments, suggestions and questions are welcome below. I’d love to get more ideas on what topics you’d like me to cover in the future.

thnx 4 your honesty you have a great mindset i,m in mid 40s and i try to think the way you do that your body can perform and heal and get better than it was its worked for me it was refreshing hearing somebody put it into words one little piece of advice though i notice w/ me i feel good most of the time and recover pretty fast but if i dont back off or take a little break once in awhile i might get a little twinge or something forcing me to back off either way w/ the rest or the forced rest i come back stronger in some area of my pursuits logan you will have a full recovery and come back stronger and better keep up the good work and by the way great website
Thanks Bryan. Glad you enjoyed this episode.
Wonderful podcast, especially the part on mindset when healing from an injury-strong believer in thoughts communicating through the cellular, muscular, neurological levels.
Thanks for your comment. Like I said I really think that is the most important part.
